Wir hatten im Urlaub ein erhebliches Problem. Der örtliche Manager und die Eigentümer wurden mehrmals kontaktiert, unternahmen jedoch wenig, um zu helfen. Ich habe versucht, das Problem bei Ihnen anzusprechen, aber niemand hat geantwortet. Mir gefällt die Art und Weise, wie Ihr Unternehmen mich behandelt hat, nicht und Sie scheinen überhaupt kein Interesse daran zu haben, die Angelegenheit überhaupt zu besprechen. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich nach dieser Erfahrung noch einmal über Sie buchen würde.
