The house is located in the resort Martinscica, the second largest place on the Croatian island of Cres, which is located in the northern part of the Kvarner Bay. The place is located on the west coast of the island and is surrounded by hills covered with olive trees. It has a small harbor and a beautiful pebble beach. Martinscica is characterized by its secluded location - mass tourism has not made it here yet. The village has a small selection of pubs and stores, but you won't find regular parties or a lively nightlife in this quiet resort.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aussenpool war sehr angenehm und ist auch gut gewartet. Die Lage ist optimal, nur 3 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und überaus hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und mit sechs Personen hat man sehr viel Platz. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, genauso wie der Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Bis zum Meer und Strand läuft man eine Minute die Strase runter. Dort findet man auch gleich diverse Gaststätten, eine Eisdiele und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit, was weder im Haus noch am Strand ein Problem war. Wir schließen nicht aus, nochmal Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus zu machen.
