    Das Haus war schlecht gereinigt, die Küche brauchte erstmal eine gründliche Reinigung, besonders der Kühlschrank. Ein Zimmer war wegen eines Wespennestes nicht bewohnbar. Viele Steckdosen saßen locker auf der Wand. Das Außengelände jedoch war in allerbester Ordnung.

    Ein wunderschöner und einzigartiger Ort, um eine märchenhafte Zeit zu erleben. Leider war der Empfang im Schloss minderwertig. Als Garantie musste vor der Übergabe des Türcodes eine Anzahlung geleistet werden. Niemand ist anwesend, um Sie zu begrüßen. Wir mussten alles selbst herausfinden. Folglich verbrachten wir 24 Stunden ohne Heizung bei 9°C. Ohne Empfang war kein Zugriff auf die Zählerstände zur Kontrolle des Verbrauchs möglich, da diese hinter verschlossenen Türen stattfanden. Hier befand sich auch die Sicherung für die Heizung, die ausgeschaltet war. Nach ein paar Telefonaten und Nachrichten traf 24 Stunden später endlich jemand vor Ort ein. Es wurde eine Anzahlung von 1/4 der Kosten einbehalten ohne eine Schlussrechnung zu erhalten! Für uns scheint dies eine unkonventionelle und vorsätzliche Ausgabe zu sein. 608 Euro Mehrkosten für 24 Stunden Heizung und 48 Stunden Warmwasser übernehmen wir nicht! Wenn Belvilla den Service nicht ändert, würde ich dieses Schloss niemandem empfehlen.
