Cancellation policy
1) In the event of cancellation, the person seeking rest must pay compensation to the company. This amounts to:
-in case of cancellation 3 months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price;
-for cancellation between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price;
-in case of cancellation between 1 and 2 months before the start date: 75% of the agreed price;
-in case of cancellation within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price;
-for cancellation on the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.
2. the compensation shall be refunded proportionally less the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party for the same period or part of it, on the recommendation of the person seeking rest and with the written consent of the Contractor

Getting there
By car from Amsterdam via the A9:
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first turning on the Rotonde onto Heereweg. At the first traffic lights (after 6.5 km) turn left Heiloöer Zeeweg. Go straight ahead at the next traffic lights and turn left into Voorstraat at the next traffic lights. Turn right at the bus stop and snack bar "Snack Plaza". Turn left at Trompstraat with a bend to Wilhelminastraat. Turn left before the Sterflat complex. You pass the lighthouse, and then turn left again immediately until you reach the Parallelweg. You have reached your destination!
