Villa Vistra is a beautiful newly built villa, which has preserved its traditional charm and successfully combined it with modern furniture. It is located in the peaceful village of Kaštelir with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
Kaštelir is located at cca 12 kilometers from Poreč and Novigrad.
The capacity of the villa is for 6-8 people, with an area of approximately 163m2 and consists of a large kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room and a bedroom with a double bed, Sat-TV, a private shower and toilet, and separate terraces overlooking the Istrian hills. Air conditioning, as well as the Wi-Fi service, is included in all the rooms.

Guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool with a pool bar and waterfall with colored lighting to create a magical atmosphere, a covered terrace with seating, a covered terrace in the garden with barbecue and a large table, a fenced garden with a maintained lawn of approximately 1020 m2 and a covered parking for 2 cars.
The combination of water, stone and the play of light and shadow, create a special and relaxing atmosphere in which you can enjoy with your family and friends.
