Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who would enter the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any expenses saved - are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-letting the space is not possible. Compensation:
- up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Bayrischzell is a climatic health resort right at the end of the Leitzach Valley and at the foot of the Mangfall Mountains. The many surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling. In winter, the Sudelfeld ski area and numerous cross-country trails await you.
The apartment itself is located directly at the foot of the Wendelstein and is slightly elevated on the slope. You have a fantastic view to the south overlooking Bayrischzell towards the Ursprungstal.
Getting there
About an hour by car from Munich. Preferably via the Irschenberg exit and through the Leitzachtal via Fischbachau to Bayrischzell. Coming by train from Munich main station via the BRB takes approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. The train's last stop is Bayrischzell.

Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, hohem Komfort, gemütlicher Einrichtung und traumhafter Aussicht. Wir sind das 4.Mal hier gewesen und fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Vermieter gut zu erreichen, falls es Fragen gibt.

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung eine unvergessliche Woche verbracht. So gepflegt und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns täglich den aktuellen Wetterbericht, das Tagblatt und aktuelle Veranstaltungshinweise per E-Mail zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
