Indoors, there is a pleasant living-dining room which turns into the perfect place to relax oneself reading a book, watching satellite TV or just resting a little bit. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary to cook such as an induction cooker, an oven and much more. The laundry is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To have some rest, there are two bedrooms with two individual beds and one wardrobe in each of them. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Regarding to the bathrooms, there are two with shower, serving all the house. The property also has air conditioner in the living-dining room and in the dormitories.
This modern apartment, located on a first floor, itself features a charming equipped terrace where you can enjoy of breathtaking mountain views whilst you have a tasty breakfast or simply a glass of wine in the evening. Even though, best of all is that if you want to spend a day at one of the most fascinating coves of the island, with crystal-clear waters, you just need to walk a few feet, since the beach is only 110 meters far away.

The familiar, peaceful and coastal residential area of Cala Sant Vicenç is just perfect for those people who are looking for the beach, mountains and peace at once. Its stunning and paradisaical coves such as Cala Molins, Cala Barques, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara will make you amazed. In Cala Sant Vicenç you will find a little supermarket and some restaurants. For major purchases, we suggest you going to Pollença or Puerto Pollença, which both cities are at only 15 minutes away by car. Pollença village is one the most delightful and picturesque town of the island.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
