There is no tenant protection law (tenant is liable for any damages incurred).
The following cancellation fees apply in the event of contract withdrawal:
• from the time of contract conclusion up to 60 days before the start of the trip 25% of the total price
• from 59 to 30 days before the start of the trip 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before the start of the trip: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before the start of the trip to no-show: 100% of the total price.
The withdrawal must be made in writing, with the date of receipt being decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage has occurred.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The holiday apartment Casa Campana is located at Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest spot on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the tourist spots on Fuerteventura, with plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and leisure activities available. Casa Campana boasts one of the best locations on this stretch of coast (private facilities only). The bright sandy beach that starts here extends almost to the end of the island at Morro Jable.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung zu verbringen und fühlten uns dank der liebevollen Gestaltung von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause.
Die Wohnung ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber. Die Möbel sind komfortabel und die Einrichtung strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei tolle Terrassen.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist perfekt - nicht weit zum Strand und Supermärkte sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Lars - der perfekte Gastgeber! :)
