We renovated and furnished the holiday home in 2008/09 completely.

You are renting the whole house with 170 sqm: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and the generously sized lounge (40qm) and an utility room downstairs.

The Luckihaus is situated directly at the border triangle Bavarian Forest - Austria - Czech Republic in the borough of Neureichenau.

A paradise during winter for families and winter sport enthusiasts: 50km of cross-country ski runs, ski lifts and ski schools, sledging slopes and prepared pedestrians walkways are waiting for you!

The location at the border triangle invites for day trips to Czech Republic or Austria!

The Luckihaus is well located. The cross-country ski runs and a sledge slope is only a stone's strow away, a children ski lift 500m and it is 5km to the attractive Austrian ski resort Hochficht!

Frau Kandlbinder hat uns herzlich empfangen mit einem schönen Blumenstrauß und einer köstlichen Zitronencremetorte. Wir haben uns richtig willkommen gefühlt.
Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beide Küchen sind komplett ausgestattet. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft picobello sauber.
Die gemütliche Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Feuerstelle ist ebenfalls gut durchdacht angelegt. Unser Hund hatte einen Riesenspaß im Bach, welcher durch den Garten verläuft.
Von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen, weil die Grundstücke so weitläufig sind.
Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Es war DER perfekte Urlaub und wir werden nun regelmäßig kommen, wenn wir dürfen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem schönen großen sauberen Haus. Der Kickertisch wurde vor allem an regnerischen Tagen häufig genutzt. In den vielen Zimmern fand man immer auch einen Rückzugsort um ein Buch zu lesen. Nach einer langen Wanderung in der schönen Gegend des Dreiländerecks konnte man am Abend an der Feuerstelle im Garten Stockbrot und Marshmallows rösten. Wir fanden es super bei Ihnen. Vielen Dank Familie Kandlbinder.

Schon im Internet sah das Haus toll aus. Die Freundlichkeit sowie die Torten von Frau Kandelbinder wurden mehrfach gelobt. Als wir ankamen, waren wir trotzdem überwältigt! Nicht nur die so freundliche Art von Frau Kandelbinder und dieses Kunstwerk von Torte haben uns begeistert; das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, alles ist blitzsauber, es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts! Das Haus ist für Familien sowie für Freunde wirklich optimal! Viele Stunden haben wir auch in dem herrlichen Garten verbracht!
Wir möchten uns bei der ganzen Familie Kandelbinder und insbesondere bei Frau Brigitta Kandelbinder herzlich für einen wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken! Gisela und Harald Kunzmann und Freunde
