Holiday destination
The house is set in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The surrounding landscape varies between plain and rolling. Shops, doctors, a pharmacy, a bank and post office are within walking distance.
The abbey and brewery are 800 metres from here and accessible by car or a lift.
The Orff Festival in Andechs is famous as the most important place for the opus of the composer Carl Orff and takes place during the summer months.
Carl Orff was buried at his request in a side chapel of the Andechs Abbey.
Getting there
Via Autobahn A 95 München-Garmisch to Starnberg and then towards Herrsching.
Via Autobahn A 96 München-Lindau to Gilching, then towards Herrsching and Andechs. In Erling/Andechs up to the red promotional sigh "Gärtnerei Dorn" to turn into the road "Gartenstraße" at the lowest point. Turn right into the first street named "Moosweg" and there you are!

Die Ferienwohnung von Irene war einfach perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub! Irene hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und war bei jeder Frage sofort zur Stelle. Für unser Baby war alles da, von einem richtigen Stubenbett über einen Wickeltisch bis hin zu Spielzeug. Die Wohnung selbst ist eine tolle Mischung aus modernen Annehmlichkeiten und bayerischem Charme. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr komfortable Wohnung, perfekt eingerichtet, da im Keller bei den tropischen Temperaturen sehr angenehm kühl, sehr ruhig etwas separat gelegeen. Sehr liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Umgebung traumhaft. Die Empfehlungen der Vermieterin zwecks Lokalen absolut Top. Kann man jedem nur empfehlen.
