The villa was lovingly completed in April 2023 on a spacious plot of 1300sqm (inner surface 280sqm). The luxurious villa was built in the typical Istrian style using high-quality materials such as natural stone, brick and wood. The interior was equipped with high-quality solid wood furniture (oak).
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (approx. 80sqm) with an open kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with their own full bath (each 24sqm), a guest toilet and a natural stone fireplace. The ground floor has a height of 3m, which is very comfortable.
In the living room there is also space for two more people to sleep.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a covered terrace with direct access to the garden (exit from the bedroom) and a private full bath. A very bright bedroom has access to the terrace and thus direct access to the pool and the second bedroom has a beautiful view of the large olive grove.
Each bedroom has a double bed made of solid wood, a TV and air conditioning (Daikin). The beds are 180x200 in size. There is also the possibility of using a toddler bed approx. 60x120.
An ironing board with an iron and a washing machine are also available.
The underfloor heating with a heat pump from the Fujitsu brand completes the equipment of the dreamlike villa.
From the bedroom on the 1st floor you can reach the pool directly via a staircase that leads from the balcony to the garden.
The garden is very family-friendly with a children's slide and table football, as well as a trampoline. In the garden there is a large covered area with a natural stone sink, natural stone grill and seating for 10 people and a large dining table. This is ideal for preparing delicious meals near the pool at any time as the villa is beautifully lit in the evenings. Olive trees can be seen on the property which gives a relaxed impression. The whole property (1300sqm) is surrounded by a fenced garden, which ensures absolute relaxation and privacy.
In addition to the large pool, there is a jacuzzi with massage facilities, 6 loungers, 1 parasol, a garden lounge with seating for 4 people and an outside shower. The pool and jacuzzi are in the sun all day, so the water is very pleasant.
Both pools contain salt water (electrolysis) with the latest technology and automatic PH filling.

Villa Klara is detached and is located in the quiet and tourist-popular town of Kavran. It is only 18km to Pula Airport and 22km to downtown Pula. The beautiful beaches are only 2km away from the villa. The touristic beach Duga Uvala is about 4.5 km away.
A small bakery can be found in a few minutes' walk in the village. A grocery store "Konzum" is about 2km away.
There is also a parking space for about 5 cars.

A deposit of 500 € is payable on arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure if there has arisen no damage to the property.
