If your travel is prevented by Covid-19 travel restrictions (including quarantine obligations) on direct route from your home to Zermatt, or Zermatt is closed by local or central Swiss government decree, 100% of all money paid will be refunded for cancellation at any time, on request.
To complete the reservation process we will both complete a written contract including the above cancellation terms.

Zermatt and its surroundings has over 50 restaurants. Zermatt is the crown jewel of the alps, and will remain open - lifts from December 5th, Restaurants from December 10th, during 2020/2021 winter season
Holiday destination
Haus Bellevue is very central and our apartment faces the mountain side and views including the top of the Matterhorn, so is quiet. 2 supermarkets are within 2 -3 minutes walk. Zermatt train station is also 3- 5 minutes flat walk away, as is Gornergrat train station to one of the ski areas, and the free bus stop to the Sunnega underground train and the gondlebahn station to the other ski-areas. Multiple bars and restaurants also within 5 minutes walk. Central location important as no cars!
Getting there
Adrian, the owner, provides detailed arrival and other information to every guest. The keys are collected from a key-safe at the apartments door, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, where everyone arrives, and a lift to the third floor.
Host informationHello, I am British and Swiss. We have owned the Bellevue apartment since 2004, and replaced all the shower rooms and separate WC in Q4 2019. Unusually, Covid-19 has caused opportunities for short term reservations due to cancellations or postponements to 2022.

Wir kommen schon viele Jahre nach Zermatt und kennen viele verschiedene Apartments und Hotels.
Adrians Apartment liegt in der absolut optimalen Lage am Anfang des Zentrums, in einem sehr gepflegten Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen. Fußläufig 1/2 Minuten vom Bahnhof, vom Supermarkt, Restaurants und dem Einstieg zur Gornergrat Bahn. Besser geht es aus unserer Sicht nicht.
Das allerbeste ist allerdings der Gastgeber: Adrian ist ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Zum Beispiel hat er vor unserer Ankunft (diesmal erstmals mit kleinem Kind) spontan einen tollen praktischen Kinderstuhl aus Echtholz gekauft. Was für ein Mehrwert!
Zudem sind neben massig Platz und nagelneuen Bädern auch eine top moderne Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.
100% Empfehlung, wir kommen definitiv wieder!
