The Meranerblick apartment sits in a spectacular and unparalleled panoramic location, like a lookout point high above Meran. From the large sunny south-west balcony, you can overlook the entire basin of the Meraner Land as well as the impressive surrounding mountain ranges. The cozy holiday apartment (bedroom + living/bedroom) is very spacious and comprehensively equipped (2 bathrooms, 2 satellite TVs, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine). The rooms are large, bright, and each has access to the sun-drenched panoramic balcony. The apartment is located in an apartment house along with other holiday apartments and a communal garden; parking spaces are available at the house. Since the property is situated on the edge of the village of Hafling and in the midst of greenery, it is very idyllic and quiet - right at the house, beautiful hiking trails begin. This preferred location promises a beautiful relaxing holiday. Enjoying the breathtaking view and the late sunset from the apartment's viewing balcony is an unforgettable experience - "panorama sunset chilling"!

Access and Location: Our property, despite its exposed and spectacular setting, is very accessible by car. The approach is via a little-used access road that ends in a cul-de-sac at the house. There is ample parking space directly in front of the entrance. As there is no through traffic, the house's location is absolutely quiet and charming.
It takes only about 10 minutes by car to reach Merano via a large, very well-maintained public connecting road.

Leisure Tips: Right outside the apartment's front door, beautiful hiking trails begin. Just 500 meters away is an original stable of the famous Haflinger horses, where you can go for rides, take guided riding lessons, or enjoy carriage rides. Directly above our town Hafling, you'll find the renowned ski and hiking paradise Meran 2000, which is also easily accessible by cable car. In a neighboring hotel, you can indulge in various wellness offerings (swimming pool, sauna, massage).
There are few other houses in the area that offer a more breathtaking view and longer sunshine than "Meranerblick".
From our spacious balcony facing south-west, one enjoys - as if from a viewing platform - the most beautiful sunsets.
This is due to the direction we face, as well as the exposed high altitude location, which means there is no disturbing shadow casting.
In contrast, in other parts of the country, the problem is that the mountains darken the sun from early afternoon – but with us, it's the exact opposite, as we are situated on an exposed sunny plateau.
Combined with the quiet location and the incredibly spectacular view, this is therefore the perfect place to relax...
Via the Brenner motorway, take the Bolzano Sud exit, then the MEBO expressway to the Sinich exit near Merano, as well as the well-developed local connecting road to Hafling.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they will receive 50% back.
