This beautifully located holiday home is suitable for 4 people and offers you the changing characters of the North Sea every day. From the balcony, you can observe the wind, sun, waves, skyline, boats, and especially the sunset. In front of the apartment is a green strip that ensures your privacy and is not affected by passing traffic.
It is comfortably furnished and you will quickly feel at home in this beautiful Egmond.
There is an elevator and a spacious staircase. A storage room is located on the ground floor. The distance to the bus stop is 100 meters. The dunes and the cozy center are within a few minutes' reach. Enjoy with a big G!

Just think of the small boats in the parking lots, the small centuries-old fishermen's cottages, the former retirement home for sailors, the lighthouse J.C.J. Speijck, the narrow streets, the allotment gardens in the dunes, all combined with the many beautiful, smaller and slightly larger shops in the Voorstraat. In addition, the restaurants, beach pavilions, and ice cream parlors within walking distance make Egmond a sociable, enchanting, and cozy village. Egmond is an excellent starting point for excursions in the region. From Egmond, you are quickly in the artist's village of Bergen, in Schoorl, the cheese city of Alkmaar, or in Castricum. Take a tour to these places with an (electric) bike: you will discover even more of the beautiful surroundings via the fantastic cycling routes. Bergen is a shady, enchanting village with chic villas, monumental buildings, remarkable galleries, exclusive shops, and interesting museums. Through the forest and dune area, you come from Bergen to Schoorl with the highest dune in the Netherlands and a real climbing dune. Educational in combination with a visit to the Staatsforstbehörde visitor center. Also, at the PWN visitor center in Castricum, you can learn everything you need to know about the flora and fauna in and around Egmond. In an interesting and interactive way, you can learn all about our dunes, the dune animals, the water, and much more through the sensational (nature) exhibitions, (children's) activities, play and hut building in the forest, exploration tours, and the starting point for numerous hikes.
From Egmond, the cheese city of Alkmaar is also an excellent tip for a day trip. From April to the beginning of September, every Friday at 10 am, the cheese bell is rung on the Waagplein. It's simply fascinating to see how the cheese carriers carry their cheese on wooden barrows towards the Waaggebouw. Afterward, visit the surprisingly remarkable cheese museum, discover the wonderful shopping streets of the old town, and have a fun day in historic Alkmaar.
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the Alkmaar/Heiloo exit, 3/4 around the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive past "Strand Zuid" KennedyBoulevard by the sea.

if cancellation occurs from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 60% of the gross rental price;
if cancellation occurs from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
if cancellation occurs on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
if cancellation occurs during the stay: the full gross rental price including all surcharges.
