the Fischmeile (information trail) at the harbour: approx. 4 km, the spa gardens with petting zoo and playground can be reached on foot.
Cuxhaven can be reached by car via the A27, exit Altenwalde,
in the direction of the health resorts - district Döse.
By train: via Bremen or Hamburg to Cuxhaven.
By bus: in the direcation of the health resort district Döse.
A taxi service is available outside the train station.

1. In case of cancellation we charge the following cancellation fees:
90-31 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total booking price
30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking price
14-5 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total booking price
From 4 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
If you cancel outside the 90-day window, a flat fee of 35.00 € applies.
2. The lessee would be well advised to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
3) As stipulated by law, the lessee shall not be exempt from paying the rental fee if they are unable to use the rental object due to personal circumstances, e. g. sudden illness or withdrawing due to professional or family-related reasons.
In addition to the surcharge for the guest card, guests also pay
a lodging tax, which is 2.75% of the booking price.
Pets are not permitted. Also, this flat is a
non-smoking apartment. Failure to comply with this policy
will result in a compensation fee for expenses.
The lessor reserves the right to assess all inquiries
for verfiability.
