The 110 m2 house has two floor or traditional architectural style but with all modern comforts. When you get in you will find the living room where you can watch TV Sat and it also counts with a wood stove for the coldest days. It has access to the terraces of the house. Then you will find the kitchen, with a gas hob and the basic equipment to cook during your vacation. It is a the same time the are that communicates the living room with the dining room, which has capacity fro 6 people and exit to both terraces. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The first one has two single beds, a closet and an en-suite bathroom. the second bedroom counts with a double bed and a closet. there is a second shower bathroom on this floor for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. There are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and also central heating for the winter season. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.
The shared pool is only 20 meters away from the house. It's a chlorine pool which sizes 12 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.6 meters. The little ones can also cool down in the 1.5 x 2 meters attached children pool which has a depth of 40 cm. Around the pool you will enjoy the summer weather on one of the sunbeds, sunbathe or read a book under the parasol. You will find well cared gardens around which lead to the house terrace. It counts with a dining table for 4 people under the arbour where you will be able to have lunch or dinner outdoors, or enjoy an delicious barbecue, while we watch the amazing gardens around. At the other side of the house you will find another gardened area where you can have breakfast or have a drink at sunset. The finca is fenced, the house has direct neighbours and privacy is partial.
Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.
NOTE: Only adults allowed.
There is exterior parking for 1 cars.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

This beautiful house is within an ecological finca with more houses, separated between them, in an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will enjoy the well cared gardens in this amazing environment which is at the same time the starting point for sport lovers.
You can have a walk along the paved roads around the property, practice nordic-walking, jogging, cycling, golf,.. You can enjoy the local gastronomy at the nearby towns and villages like Sineu, Inca, Costitx,... as well as visit their weekly street markets. Thanks to its central location, you will get to any point of the island very quickly. The nearest beaches, like playa de Muro, are 20 minutes away by car.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
