On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each has a private bathroom, air condition and flat screen satellite tv. Two rooms have a balcony. The garden is completely fenced and also equipped with a swimming pool (maintained with salt electrolysis instead of chlorine). Guests have at their disposal a parking lot for 3 cars, outdoor grill, table tennis and darts. Pets allowed on request.

Just 5 minutes walk away from beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars. The famous tourist place Fažana is connected with 2 km sea promenade, Fažana is also the starting port for National Park Brijuni. The house is 6 km away from the famous amphitheatre Arena which is the largest and most preserved monument of ancient architecture in Croatia. One kilometer from the Villa is a large discount supermarket Plodine. 700 meters from the house is the beginning of a long stretch of beaches equipped with all the modern amenities and a spacious natural shade.
