Cancellation policy
a) General cancellation conditions: unless expressly specified otherwise, reservations are considered non-refundable and the penalty amounts, in the event of cancellation or non-compliance with the agreed payment term, will be the total amount already paid.
b) Specific conditions: in the event that other cancellation policies are expressly publicized, they will govern in everything that expressly modify the general conditions.
c) Cancellation conditions due to Covid-19 or similar: in case of government prohibitions on passenger transit, both at the client's point of origin and at the destination, the right to free cancellation will be granted.
To benefit from this free cancellation exception, the reason for it must affect at least half of the clients and must consist of an express government ban on traveling to Mallorca or leaving the place of origin.

Holiday destination
Algaida, known for its good gastronomy and its ancient traditions is one of the largest municipalities in extension of Pla de Mallorca. Located in the center of the island, you can easily reach points of interest, both in the north of the island, the Sierra de Tramontana and the paradisiacal beaches of the south of Mallorca or the capital of the island, Palma. Only 5 minutes by car from the farm you can find the golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca, and 20 minutes the well-known Playa de Palma or s'Arenal, ideal for leisure time.
If you arrive by the Manacor highway, you will see a series of elements immersed in the landscape that personalize the town; the almond trees, the figuerals, old hostels and undulating paths that take us to Randa, the highest mountain in Pla and the best viewpoint in the interior of Mallorca. In Algaida, a balance between the elements of the mountain and the plain is clearly manifested, both in the forms of its wide landscape and in its inhabitants.

Wir waren mit 19 Personen auf der Finca und alle waren sehr zufrieden ! Alles war reichlich vorhanden ( Gläser,Geschirr etc.) . Palma Flughafen ist in ca 20 Minuten Autofahrt problemlos zu erreichen.
Hervorzuheben ist der reibungslose Kontakt zum Vermieter , innerhalb weniger Minuten hatte man eine Antwort wenn es Fragen gab .
Nochmal vielen Dank für die tollen 5 Tage
