Cancellation policy
In accordance with European standards and unless other arrangements are made, the following payments will be due in the event of a cancellation:
- from the 30th to the 15th day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price
- from the 14th to the 8th day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price
- from the 7th day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
To avoid damage for both contractual parties, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Banks offer many affordable options.

Holiday destination
Nestled in the fertile hills of the wine region "Valtenesi," the charming San Felice del Benaco offers its visitors a wonderful view.
Through narrow streets, you can reach the beautiful swimming coves around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese (where the boat line stop for the tour is located), and the San Fermo promontory. Off the coast of San Fermo lies the lushly vegetated Isola del Garda, the largest island in Lake Garda; it can be visited by appointment.
Santuario della Madonna del Carmine
This frescoed pilgrimage church from the 15th century is situated amidst vineyards just outside the town. The numerous well-preserved frescoes exude a sweet charm. It can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
La Rocca di Manerba is a beautiful 360° panoramic point on Lake Garda, just 4 km away.
Easily accessible with a 5-minute walk from the parking lot at the top of the hill.
6 km away is the heart of Salò with stately residences and palaces of great historical and artistic value. The lakeside extends along the entire gulf, offering pleasant walks in a beautiful pedestrian area between the lake, inviting shop windows, cafes, ice cream parlors, and characteristic spots.

Note: For highway use in Austria, you need a vignette, which you can get at border crossings, gas stations or online. Take the Brenner Pass to Bolzano towards Verona, then continue on the highway to Milan/Brescia, exit Desenzano. Direction: Salò / Riva / Lago di Garda, drive to Padenghe, Moniga, Manerba, San Felice del Benaco.

Traumurlaub für uns und unsere 2 jährige Flat coated retriever Hündin. Wir waren jetzt zum 2. mal hier und es ist wie heim kommen. Die Vermieter sind super gastfreundlich und geben gerne Tipps. Es ist alles da was mach braucht incl. KFZ Stellplatz am Strand. Lästig waren nur die Stechmücken aber die haben wir zu Hause leider auch.

In dieser Ferienwohnung kann man den Urlaub wirklich genießen! Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage ( ruhig und sogar mit etwas Seeblick ). Besonders auf der großen Terrasse haben wir schöne Abende verbracht, bei einem Glas guten italienischen Wein.
San Felice ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei Familie Caletti haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber!
