Cancellation policy
(1) If the Lessee cancels (terminates) the contract prior to the commencement of the rental period without naming a subsequent Lessee who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved:
Cancellation
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
-up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period): 100 % of the rental price.
(2) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rent.
(3) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Es war der perfekte Urlaub bei sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Von der Anreise bis zur Abfahrt hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Lage mit dem traumhaften Meerblick ist ausgezeichnet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden bestens empfangen und umsorgt. Die Betten war bequem, die Küche und die Bäder waren gut ausgestattet und der Kaffee am Morgen konnte beim Zirpen der Grillen auf der Terrasse genossen werden. In der Nähe befindet sich ein eingezäunter Fußballplatz und ein sympathisches Restaurant mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bergab, wo sich nette Strandbars befinden. Auch ein Supermarkt liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Veliko Brdo sehr genossen - ein großes Dankeschön an Danijela und ihre Familie, auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen
