Cancellation policy
For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price;
- cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund);
- cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund).
- Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above.
Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.

Villa Armida is a charming, beautiful and ancient farmhouse, dating back to the first half of the nineteenth century, located in a quiet and peaceful area, in a dominant position on a plateau called Livrere, an area in the municipality of Castellammare del Golfo, in the province of Trapani.
The whole area around the property has a very high landscape value with its bays and its crystal clear waters, classified by the European Community as Site of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Protection Area (SPA).
A few kilometers from the Villa you will find some of the most famous places in Sicily:
the medieval village of Erice, an ancient city that stands on the summit of the mountain of the same name;
the historical centers of Trapani and Marsala, rich in art and culture;
the city of Palermo, with countless cathedrals, churches and palaces expression of the various peoples and historical moments passed;
the Egadi islands: Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo. Favignana extends on a flat land, rich of coves and beaches suitable for the whole family. Levanzo instead is a quiet island, ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in the quiet of nature. Marettimo is a fascinating rocky island, perfect for trekking lovers;
the Zingaro Nature Reserve, an area with paths between sea and mountains and coves nestled between the rocky coast;
San Vito Lo Capo, a small seaside resort with beaches of crystal clear water;
Scopello, a village from which you can admire the two striking stacks on the blue sea.
