Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The house is located at Son Servera - Cala Millor municipality, at only some meters away from the beach. The surroundings of Cala Millor are characterized by its tourist attractions as well as its great variety of gastronomical and leisure options. Regarding the beaches of that area, there are large fine sand and crystal-clear waters beaches. The golf lovers can go to Pula Golf course or Golf de Son Servera, both of them are nearby. And you cannot miss a boat excursion through the beautiful East coast.

Kleine Wohnung im schlicht-modernen Stil. Ausstattung ist teilweise abgewohnt. Urinverfärbter Toilettensitz im innenliegenden, muffigen Bad (Lüfter funktioniert nicht). Laut quietschende Fenster ohne Insektenschutz. Die Klimaanlage war zentral abgestellt. Es gibt jeweils nur ein Wäscheset und auch keinen Wäschewechsel nach der ersten Woche.
Auf dem Balkon blättert der Putz an Wänden und Decke. Der Strand ist über weite Abschnitte steinig, erst weiter draußen ist das Meer schön.
Bei der Übergabe wird Spanisch gesprochen, kein Englisch oder Deutsch.
Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Bettenburg nebenan kernsaniert. Täglich Baulärm von 7:30 Uhr bis 18 Uhr. Auf entsprechende Beschwerden hat Homerti vor Ort ausweichend reagiert Nach dem Ende des Urlaubs wird jedwede Kontaktanfrage seitens Homerti ignoriert.
