Cancellation policy
The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period by written declaration (by e-mail). The withdrawal becomes effective upon receipt of the declaration. The following cancellation fees apply: ⦁ In the event of cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be due. ⦁ If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. ⦁ If the cancellation is made later, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. ⦁ In case of no-show, the entire rental price will be charged minus any unused services, unless they are included in the daily or weekly price as per the price list.

Holiday destination
Casa Celeste is located in the village of Dolo, just above Sorico and Gera Lario, in a quiet isolated position. All around are mixed woods and green fields. To reach the beach of Lake Como you drive about 8 minutes. You can start many beautiful walks and mountainbike tours direktly from the holiday home.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen (Erwachsene) für 1 Woche da. Das Haus ist etwas abseits, aber sehr schön und absolut ruhig gelegen mit tollem Ausblick auf den Comer See. Es ist alles vorhanden, komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Tage in Casa Celeste und den Aufenthalt am See sehr genossen und planen evtl. für den Herbst nochmals eine Reise dorthin.

Wir waren 2 Wochen als Paar mit Hund und Motorrädern vor Ort. Das Haus liegt mit einem super Blick und Garten oberhalb des Comer Sees und dem Ort Sorico bzw. Gera Lario. Anfahrt über sehr enge Sträßchen aber auch mit einem kleinen Motorradanhänger machbar. Das Haus selbst liegt inmitten vom Wald, von wo man sofort loswandern kann; allerdings ist zu beachten, dass es entweder nur bergauf oder bergab geht! Mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen oder auch zum Wasser dauert ca 15 Minuten. Sehr gute Restaurants in den Orten am See. Wer Motorrad fahren will hat um den Comer See herum bis in die Schweiz geniale Strassen! Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet, so dass der Selbstverplegung nichts im Wege steht. Warmes Wasser u Heizung (war teilweise noch kühl Ende Mai) funktionieren. Sehr erholsam alles!
