In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to the day before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental start or later: full rental price.

Holiday destination
The park features a small, cozy restaurant with a sunny terrace. In the village, you'll find everything your heart desires: numerous shops, supermarkets, a fish store, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, miniature golf, a swimming pool, and a golf course. The beach pavilion is open all year round.
About 6 km away in Den Helder, there are many attractions: including the Rescue Museum, the Navy Museum, a children's play paradise, a cinema, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until you reach the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 meters after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left of the road (small red bridge).

Nostalgisch anmutendes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit "verwunschenem" Garten. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche mit unserem Vierbeiner verbracht.
Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Küche mit angrenzendem Essbereich war unser Highlight. Die integriert überdachte Veranda machte einen Aufenthalt im "Freien" bei Regenwetter möglich. Die Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich verfügen über bequeme Betten. Kleines Manko: Im Gäste WC im Erdgeschoss fehlt ein Handwaschbecken. Positiv: Das Haus wurde uns in einem wirklich sauberen Zustand übergeben!
Alles in Allem sehr empfelenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
