Our energy-plus house Oktogon means living on 170 m2 in the most comfortable and cosiest way. 6 lovingly furnished berooms await you here. There are 2 double, 1 triple, 2 rooms with a bunk bed and one room with two single beds. On the ground floor there are two highly modern equipped bathrooms with twin basins, shower and toilet.
On the first floor there is another bathroom as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric kettle, etc.) A comfortable living room suite, a TV set as well as a large dining area provide the perfect frame for a cosy get-together. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV in each bedroom. Free Wi-Fi internet.
The holiday home with view of the church and Itter Castle is situated in the Kitzbühel Alps - to be precise, it is located in the settlement Obere Nasensiedling 2a, right next to our carpentry (now and then there might be sawing noises) in Itter.
The house comprises three floors and has been comfortably furnished.
On the ground floor there is the hall, 4 bedrooms with flat TV, two bathrooms with walk-in shower, double washbasins, towel heating and hairdryer.
On the upper floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, ceran cooking top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and a fridge. The living area has been fitted with cosy sofas and a big flat TV. There are also two more bedrooms with bunk beds, flat TV and an additional bathroom.
In the basement there is a washer, dryer for ski boots and a rack for your ski wear.
A Finnish sauna and a relaxation room are the perfect place to rest after a long day out on the slopes.
(from May to November we charge you € 90 / stay in case you would like to use the sauna )
Furthermore, there is a large shower, a drinking fountain and a separate WC
In front of the house there is a parking lot for 4 cars and a large garden with a garden shed for cosy barbecues (Weber charcoal barbecue). There are also two more sets of seats as well as deckchairs,parasols, a large trampoline, a football goal and a table tennis table.
The ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental can be reached in two minutes by car and is ideal for ski tours, whether beginners or professionals, as well as sledding.
The stop for the free ski bus is 50m from the house.

Gerne können Sie Ihren Vierbeinigen Freund mitbringen, dafür verrechnen wir €10,-/Tag. Es ist maximal ein Hund im Ferienhaus gestattet.
Tisch- und Küchenwäsche ist selbst mitzubringen.
