Newly built spacious chalet (185 m2) over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms (one children's bunk room), large living room with open plan kitchen (with dishwasher), fireplace and huge windows with great view down the valley, TV. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. 3 further double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and a sauna. 1 double bunk room for children. Under floor heating throughout. 4 balconies all with great views. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron. Around 185 m2 for up to 10 people.
Important: The chalet can only be accessed throuhg a steep and narrow path/stairs of approximately 80 meters. The path can be icy in winter and it might not be suitable for families with small children or elderly guests with walking difficulties.
The chalet is in a quiet and sunny location. It's a new and very large detached chalet located on 3 floors (185 m2) with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The center of Saas-Fee and the ski stations are within 20 minutes walk.
