Our house is located in the heart of Scharnitz in the Olympiaregion Seefeld and is the gate to the Karwendel Alpine Park. At Scharnitz the Karwendel-,Hinterau- and Gleisch valley meet with the Isar valley. Hiking, biking, kayaking and pure relaxation.
The resort town of Seefeld with its unique cross-country ski trails can be reached in 8 kilometers.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the violin-making town Mittenwald with the second highest mounttain in Germany - the Karwende.
Anreise mit dem Auto vom Norden über die A95, München, Garmisch Partenkirchen, Mittenwald nach Scharnitz. Vom Süden Innsbruck über die B177 Seefeld nach Scharnitz.
