This holiday home is located in the small town of Kringa, in the heart of Istria, and can be reached via an approx. 200 m long gravel path. The fenced garden is ideal for pets who want to enjoy the holiday together with their owner. Simple setup on the ground floor. Experience the coast of Istria and discover beautiful beaches surrounded by crystal clear sea. All bike and hiking trails in this area will make the hearts of active vacationers beat faster.

Für uns ist die Villa Prenci ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für Familien, die ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub wünschen. Alles war perfekt! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir super herzlich von der Vermietern-Familie empfangen.
Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool wurde vom Vermieter frühmorgens zweimal in der Woche gereinigt, es war sehr leise so, dass wir absolut nichts mitbekommen. Um den Müll mussten wir uns auch nicht kümmern, der wurde mehrfach in der Woche abgeholt.
Also können wir uns der vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen.
Wer einen entspannten Urlaub sucht, wird ihn hier finden.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und wurden so herzlich aufgenommen - vielen lieben Dank nochmals für alles!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt.
Der Pool ist sehr schön und ebenfalls perfekt gepflegt.
Würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
