Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Holiday destination
Baredine, a small village above the valley of river Mirna just a couple of minutes' drive away from Istrian town Buje. Its name derrives from a local phrase for an abandoned land. The name says it all: this is a peaceful and quiet area with lush nature away from the city fuss with lots of trails for hiking and bycicling.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toller Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.
