Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties as follows:
(1) In the event of a cancellation from 2 weeks prior to the arrival date or in case of an early departure, the full rental price must be paid.
(2) Should the remaining payment not be received by us 4 weeks before arrival, the booking will be considered cancelled by the tenant. In this case, we reserve the right to re-list the accommodation for rent. This extinguishes any claim to the availability and use of the accommodation. A refund of the deposit or remaining payments is only possible if we manage to re-rent the accommodation for the same period.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure requests. Understanding that flexibility in your travel plans is key, we strive to meet your needs.
Please note that fees for international transfers from Swiss banks are to be borne by the tenant. We kindly ask for your understanding that these additional costs are not included in the rental price and must be covered directly by you.
