The cottage is located close to the center of Varel.
It is roughly
– 2,5km to the yard in Varel
– 4km to the watergate
– 7km to the beach in Dangast
Close to the forest and to the dike, a walk is always nice and close.
Many leisure activities can be started, a journey to the islands of the north-sea, a mudflat hiking tour, a harbour-tour in Wilhelmshafen, a visit of the open-air museum in Cloppenburg, etc.
Close to the A29, Varel is well reachable by car. The trains-station located close by a short walk allows additionally a good reachability by train.
