The air-conditioned apartment is located in a standalone house that is carefully and lovingly maintained in a quiet area. The apartment has a completely separate entrance. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view and can see the sea. You are welcome to use the large 250 sqm garden at any time, which includes a garden furniture set with table and chairs, where you can sit, eat, and socialize. Your children can safely play in the garden, as it is fully fenced. There are 3 beaches ranging from 500m to 2km away. A private shaded parking spot for your car is available directly in front of the house. The nearest bicycle rental: in the neighboring town of Banjole (3 kilometers away), you can rent bicycles.
There are interesting places to visit: Pula / Loborika - a place from the 10th century / Sandalja - a prehistoric site with some caves where the remains of the first human communities were found. Additionally, the "Brioni Islands" National Park and the picturesque Cape Kamenjak.

The house is located in the small, quiet village of Vinkuran, just 4 km from Pula. The settlement is situated in the Vinkuran Bay, above the Solina Bay. The village has a beautiful protected beach surrounded by lush pine forests. Here you will find tranquility, peace, and relaxation, crystal clear sea, and beautiful beaches. The proximity to the city of Pula guarantees you a variety of activities. And finally, you must also visit the nearby Brijuni National Park.
