Der Grund dafür, dass es keine höhere Bewertung erhält, ist der viel zu geringe Druck in der Wasserleitung
im Bad und Dusche. Die Lage und Aussicht ausgezeichnet. Keine Belästigung durch Verkehr (möglicherweise durch die 11. Etage) oder Nachbarn.
