Beautiful residential complex located on the seafront of San Vincenzo in a very panoramic position with beautiful views of the port. The apartment has been completely renovated, tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning.

The Corso di San Vincenzo offers shops, restaurants and pubs. The equipped beaches are only 50 m away. San Vincenzo is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea in the southern stretch of coast of Livorno, which takes the name of Costa degli Etruschi and which extends from the capital to Piombino. Located in the Livorno Maremma or the historical Pisan Maremma, it is bordered to the north by the municipality of Castagneto Carducci and to the south by the coastal park of Rimigliano and the municipality of Piombino.

Wer eine Unterkunft nur zum Übernachten, ohne Ansprüche an Modernität und Bequemlichkeit, sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben!
Die Betten sind extrem hart, das Badezimmer alt und sichtbar gebraucht, die Küchenzeile klein, der Küchen- & Wohnbereich dunkel. An der Decke und Wand über der Küchenzeile ist Schmutz/Schimmel(?), das Wasser in der Küche wurde nicht warm, der Toliettensitz ist notdürftig geflickt worden, der Duschkopf war vollkommen verkalkt. Ein wenig ärgerlich war auch die Suche nach Steckdosen in die wir die dickeren Stecker (für bspw. unsere Föhne) anschließen konnten.

Der Eigentümer hat die Unterkunft vermutlich Belvilla lediglich zur Vermietung bereitgestellt, der Checkin & -out läuft jedoch über eine nochmals andere Firma die nicht von Belvilla kommt. Hier herrscht leider wenig Kommunikation und für uns war nicht klar wer unser Ansprechpartner war.

Wer denkt er bucht alles in einem der irrt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bei uns nicht inkludiert und mussten nach dem Checkin erst noch von der „Zwischenfirma“ gegen zusätzliche Mietgebühr besorgt werden, die Stromzähler wurden bei unserer Anreise abgelesen und wir sollten beim Checkout die Differenz zum Abreisetag zahlen. Die Richtigkeit dessen hatten wir jedoch zuvor direkt bei Belvilla erfragt und haben die Antwort bekommen, dass wir dies nicht an die „Zwischenfirma“ zahlen müssen, da es nicht im Vertrag vereinbart ist! Bei unserem Checkout wurde die Gebühr eingefordert, von dieser Forderung jedoch schnell abgelassen als wir sagten dass wir mit Belvilla gesprochen haben.
Das WLAN funktionierte erst am zweiten Tag nach Rücksprache der „Zwischenfirma“ mit dem Anbieter und am Abreisetag auch wieder nicht mehr.

Da die Unterkunft zu Teil über einer anderen Unterkunft und deren Terrasse liegt, hatten wir das Pech, unsere Schlafzimmerfenster morgens dank hochziehendem Zigarettenrauch und lauten Gesprächen zu machen zu müssen.

Die einzigen Pluspunkte sind ein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände, welcher mit einem großen Auto mit etwas Rangieren benutzt werden kann. Und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Hafen welcher durch eine kleine Tür vom Gelände direkt erreicht werden kann, jedoch lässt auch nur ein Schlafzimmerfenster den Blick auf diesen zu.

Unser Fazit, wir übernachten hier nicht wieder.
