Haus sauber, gute Sanitäranlagen, schöne Aussicht, gute Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze. Sehr schneller Service, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Es gibt wirklich kein Sofa im Zimmer. Sehr laut (man kann buchstäblich hören, was die Nachbarn singen).
