The holiday home has a living area of 85m2 and offers a large living room (about 35 m2) with wood stove, TV and integrated kitchen. A new feature: WLAN directly in the house!
All devices, such as the 3 burner induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine make cooking together real fun. The 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes either have 2 single beds or a double or twin bed. In the bathroom with a new shower you will find a washing machine as well, and a separate toilet next door. Near the house entrance there is a storage room for 4 bicycles, a grill and garden equipment. The large covered terrace is perfect for relaxing, dining, listening to the birds and enjoying the lovely sunset in the evening.
In the centre of the Marina you will find a swimming pool, free tennis courts, a basketball field, a table tennis and a very good restaurant. And you can enjoy the sandy beach right on the lake, as well as try your fishing skills for your grill and use the many cycling paths up to the ocean (10km) and through the dunes for the sportive ones.
The solid wooden house and the lovely climate guarantee you fantastic relaxation. The protected location and the purely residential traffic allow you to walk freely and allow the children to play. The complex is also an ideal spot for dogs.

The holiday home is in a quiet holiday complex on Lac de Lacnau, in the midst of the forest, 10 km from the Atlantic.
The area is typical of the Atlantic region: flat with high pine trees, only in the direction of the Atlantic do the dunes form a wavy landscape that is crossed everywhere by cycling paths.
In the south in Arachon there are the Pila dunes, in the north the vineyards of the Médoc.
Bordeaux is only 45 km away and with its sights such as the Grand Theatre, the Porte de Cailhau or the Cathédrale St. André, it is always worth a visit.
By car: via Bordeaux, Rocade, Lacanau exit, about 40 km, drive toward Lacanau-Océan just before Lacanau-Ville. At the roundabout, turn into Marina de Talaris, take a right past the reception and then left into the side road until you come to the entrance to Chlorophylle on the left, then immediate right and follow the road to number 441, Amour fou on the right side (see map, which you will receive after booking).

• Up to 28 days before arrival the deposit will be retained,
• from the 27th to the last day before arrival, we charge 20% of the rental price,
unless you provide a new tenant or make a new booking with us
