In garden is heated pool of 35m2 and outdoor kitchen. On ground floor there is apartment of 120m2 with 2 bedrooms (each airconditioned), big bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen with exit to the terrace and pool.
On 1st floor there is 2 studio apartments and 1 one bedroom apartemt. Each apartment has balcony. 2 apartments have a sea view.

You can do boat trip and see some nice islands, beaches, caves and if you are lucky tuna's or dolphin's dance.
There is quad tour around vilage where you can be introduced about some historical monuments.
Villa Ajda is surrounding with mediterian plants and from one side is other family house. The hiking trail leads directly to the beach "Lost beach" which is only 400m away from the house. Restaurant and market are 5 minutes walking distance. Distance to the famous National park Brijuni is 3,5km and to Roman Amphitheater 4,5km.
If you arrive with your car take exit from highway Vodnjan sought and take direction Pula. On third rotor take direction Fazana and after 1,4km take direction Stinjan. Drive 1,6km to the center of the village and take right direction Puntizela. Drive 300m and take left and after 50m you will be at Villa Ajda.
