Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained or we will offset the amount paid in full for a replacement booking, provided we receive your cancellation at least 5 weeks before arrival. You have 5 months from the last date of your canceled trip to receive the full amount of the deposit. After that, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Exception: You will receive a full refund of the payments you have already made if a successful new rental has been found on the "same" terms. We will deduct €50 for processing the refund.
We strongly advise you to take out travel cancellation/health insurance, which will cover your loss in the event of illness, especially in relation to experiences with Corona, in the event of cancellation or interruption of the trip. Something can always come up, but as private landlords who live from this business, we can no longer offer flexible or even free cancelations.
We are no longer able or willing to support our recent experience with cancellations at short notice due to bad weather or multiple bookings where a final decision is made shortly before the start of the trip. We ask for your understanding.

Holiday destination
The apartment is very centrally located in the historic town center, which is also car-free. Everything is within walking distance, such as the beach, supermarket, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, restaurant or cafe. Your car is parked in a private and secured garage about 80 meters away. The house is extremely insulated against noise and heat in all areas and is also air-conditioned. So the proximity to the church is no problem. (Chimes are out of order from 22:00 - 8:00) A typical harmoniously laid out inner garden is a communal area and is therefore not available for exclusive use. House rules ensure respectful and quiet interaction in this area. The apartment is designed for 4 people to live together comfortably, and it is forbidden to accommodate people from outside the booking.

Mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Limone befindet sich diese einzigartige Ferienwohnung.
An Komfort und Highlights sicherlich nicht zu überbieten verbrachten wir eine tolle Woche dort.
Der Vermieter Jörg steht für sämtliche Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, immer freundlich hat er stets eine Idee für jegliche Frage.
Wir waren bereits öfter im Ort zu Gast aber diese Unterkunft sucht seines gleichen.
Eine üppige Ausstattung wie zu Hause, bequeme Boxspringbetten und eine zauberhafte Terrasse mit Seeblick machen es zu etwas wirklich besonderem.

Wir waren wieder absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Jörg ist ein Vermieter, der sich sehr gut um seine Gäste kümmert und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar ist. Wir hatten bisher keine vergleichbare Wohnung, die so gut ausgestattet war - es fehlt an nichts. Die Bilder werden von der Realität weit übertroffen. Diesmal gabs noch eine "kleine" Überraschung: 1 Gartengrundstück mit Sitzgruppe und Blick auf den Gardasee zur alleinigen Nutzung. Unbezahlbar !!!
In direkter Nachbarschaft ist ein Cafe & 1 Restaurant - also kurze Wege.
Die Promenade und der Strand sind praktisch um die Ecke. Supermarkt und Garagenstellplatz sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Kurz gesagt: PERFEKT !
