Cancellation policy
In case of cancellations, the following compensation will be due for the tenant:
Cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the rental period: 15%
Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50%
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the start of the rental period: 75%, thereafter and in case of no-show 100%

Breskens is a small port town and boasts a four-kilometer-long and very wide sandy beach with cozy beach pavilions. The beach is dog-friendly.
In addition to the marina, which provides a maritime atmosphere, there is an old fishing harbor. In Breskens, all fish lovers will be satisfied.
A striking landmark of Breskens is the black and white lighthouse, which is a popular photo subject.
