Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
if you cancel up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

Holiday destination
The western half of the north coast of Tenerife is a tourist hotspot: there are banana plantations, charming seaside holiday resorts, historic town centers, fishing villages, ancient trees, rugged coastlines, small beaches, and a very popular private zoo with the largest parrot breeding station: Loro Park. And since our apartment is located very close to Loro Park, we've named it "Apartment Loro."
The city of Puerto de la Cruz (shortly called Puerto) is the quintessential Canary Islands holiday destination. For over a hundred years, visitors have been coming here. They are drawn to the balanced climate, the lush vegetation, and the dreamy location on the edge of the Orotava Valley. For instance, there is the beautiful Botanical Garden, several churches, many parks, and centuries-old houses and palaces in the downtown area. Moreover, there are magnificent beaches and numerous sea water swimming pools.
