Something unexpected can always happen why you might have to cancel your stay. Before arrival or even during your stay. Without cancellation insurance, you will be charged the cancellation fees below.
Once you have made a binding reservation, you can cancel free of charge up to 42 days before your arrival date.
From 42 days before arrival date, unfortunately, cancellation is not possible anymore. We will than charge 100% cancellation fees.
We therefore advice you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Pets are not allowed. We do not rent to young people under 24 years of age.
