Description

Our farm is located just above Schwendau. The view over our beautiful valley is breathtaking. The mountain raylway 'Horbergbahn' is 5 miutes away from our house.

The flat is in our new builded house and has a separate entrance. It is more than 100m² tall and includes kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (1 doublebed-, 1 twinbed- and 1 singlebed room), bathroom, separate toilet, and a huge balcony. Cot and highchair for babies are also included. It has place for 5- 7 persons. We live next to the forest, it's a quiet and peaceful place, especially for families. In winter snow chains are necessary for the car!

Getting there

Anreise über die Inntalautobahn, Abzweigung Zillertal, Weiterfahrt - Richtung Mayrhofen bis Abzweigung Horbergbahn, vorbei an der Talstation Horbergbahn, nächste Kreuzung rechts über eine Brücke, bei der nächsten Kreuzung links, danach rechs der Straße folgen und Sie werden unser Haus erreichen.

Super Lage, tolle Vermieter!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von Schwendau am Waldrand. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Für den Anfangsbedarf ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist super ausgerüstet.
Bei Bedarf gibt es einen Brötchenservice und kann auch Eier, Honig oder Schnaps aus eigener Herstellung bekommen.
Lediglich der Fernseher ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat leider nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert, was uns jetzt aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, aber Frau Schösser wäscht auf Anfrage auch die Wäsche, also auch kein Problem.
Wir haben uns auf alle Fälle sehr wohl gefühlt und die Familie Schösser hat auch immer mal Zeit für ein nettes Pläuschchen zwischendurch. Sollten wir das Zillertal mal wieder besuchen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Einfach traumhaft!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und praktisch, mit allem ausgestattet, das man brauchen kann.
Außerdem, diese ist sehr gut gelegen, ganz nah zu den schönen Skigebieten und der Ausblick ist fantastisch!
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist auch sehr praktisch, dass wir frische Milch und Brötchen bekommen konnten und mussten nicht noch einkaufen fahren nach dem Tag auf den Pisten. Gleich vor der Tür geht ein schöner Spazierweg mit dem unglaublichen Ausblick.
Auf jeden Fall die Wohnung ist nur zum Empfehlen!
Herzlichen Dank Familie Schösser für den unvergesslichen Urlaub und Ihre Gastfreundschaft, bis nächstes Jahr!

In dieser Wohnung hat man Platz!
Große Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer mit superbequemer Wohnlandschaft, solide Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken und ein großer Balkon mit Geranienpracht! Die netten Vermieter, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, erfüllen gern alle Wünsche! Direkt vor Ort starten Wanderwege und die Aussicht ist wirklich traumhaft.
