The house is located on the edge of a cliff, which can be accessed by a track leading to the sea, where the turquoise waters are characteristic of this area, perfect for snorkelling. On the opposite side of the house ''Sa Torre Voramar'', just 2 kilometres away, there is the golf course 'Golf Maioris', as well as basic services such as supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, etc.
