The 200m² Chalet includes a spacious foyer, living room with large glass fronts, fireplace, couch, designer eat-in kitchen with kitchen isle, dining area, small bathroom as well as an office with fast Wi-Fi and computer screens on the ground floor.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor (one nursery/kids bedroom and two bedrooms with box spring double-beds) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower/toilet and one with shower/toilet).
A relaxation room including a modern "Physiotherm" infrared-cabin and two wellness heating-recliners, as well as a utility room including a washing machine/dryer are located in the basement.

Our family-owned holiday homes and bed-and-breakfast, which is already managed since 50 years and in second-generation, lies in Reit im Winkl within the beautiful Chiemgau, only a couple of minutes by foot from the village center.
