Villa Grand Bleu is divided into 2 flats. The lower flat with kitchen has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/WC/shower. The upper flat with kitchen sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed room. You will find 2 bathrooms with shower/WC. There is a washing machine and dryer, free WIFi and sheltered parking available for guests. Guests enjoy a large terrace with a beautiful view over Les Sablettes. Another table can be found in the garden and down towards the water there is a nice relaxation area with seating area and sun bed under the romantic beach hut.

You may hike or cycle across the Cap Sicié. The nearby range is completely closed to traffic during the summer months, making it a sporting paradise.
Wind Foil Centre in the Bay
Villa Grand Bleu is located on the edge of 'Les Sablettes', a beautiful bay with natural sand. It is a relaxing location with great views. Although the small harbour of St. Elme attracts many water sports enthusiasts during the day (sailors, canoeists and surfers), it becomes peaceful in the evening. You can swim directly from the house into the water. The water is shallow and also suitable for children. From the house you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in a few minutes on foot.
Highway to Toulon, then follow the signs to La Seyne-sur-mer, then Les Sablettes, Saint Mandrier, St. Elme.

General Terms and Conditions for the rental use of the Villa Grand Bleu, the property of Arosa Exklusiv and H2 Entertainments AG.
1. contract
The rental contract between the booking guest and Arosa Exklusiv/H2 Entertainments AG represented by Valerie Leu (referred to as the landlord) comes into effect when the guest has received a detailed reservation confirmation/invoice from the landlord following his reservation (online, telephone, email etc.) and he has subsequently paid the due deposit of 30% of the total amount within 10 days.
With the conclusion of the contract, the booked holiday property is confirmed and the guest accepts the general terms and conditions shown here.
2. payment
The price for the entire booked arrangement is due before arrival and is to be paid as follows:
30% in the following 10 days from date of reservation confirmation.
The balance of 70% is due 60 days before arrival at the latest. For bookings at short notice, the total amount must be paid immediately.

Should the transfer not take place within this period, the landlady is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
3. option on the booked arrangement
The landlord grants the guest an option on the booked rooms for 10 days from the date of the reservation confirmation/offer. This means that he blocks the accommodation during this period and does not offer it to other guests. If no tenancy agreement is concluded during this period, the accommodation provider may dispose of the accommodation again and release it for further letting.
4. Cancellation of the rental contract
If the guest cancels a booking for any reason, the following cancellation conditions apply.
8 or more weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
6-8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
4-6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
4 or less weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
After conclusion of the contract, the Provider of Service reserves the right to dissolve the contract without compensation within 3 days of its conclusion in the event of erroneously communicated contractual conditions (in particular concerning the prices or the availability of the service). He shall endeavour to conclude a new contract for an equivalent service. If this is not possible or if the guest rejects the new contract within 5 days of receipt of the notification, the amount already paid shall be refunded to the exclusion of any further claims.
5 Cleaning and responsibility
The tenant is contractually obliged to keep the rental object clean during the rental period. The tenant is liable for any damage to the rented property or the inventory. Any damage occurring during the rental period must be reported to the lessor immediately. The costs incurred in the event of damage shall be borne by the tenant. The costs will be charged against the security deposit.
6. takeover
Complaints concerning the rented property must be made by the tenant on taking possession of the same, otherwise it shall be assumed that the rented property, including inventory, is in the agreed, contractually agreed, good condition.
7. number of persons
The number of persons stated on the rental agreement is binding. The tenant undertakes not to sublet the rented property in whole or in part.
8. additional costs
The following additional costs are included in the calculated final price (total rent): Visitor's tax, laundry, final cleaning, electricity and water costs, use of internet. Additional laundry will be charged at cost (CHF 20/package).
9. pets
Pets are only allowed on request.
10. smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all properties.
11. internet
The use of the internet under false identity, visiting illegal sites or downloading illegal content is prohibited by Swiss law.
12. valuables
Please make sure that your valuables are insured. The landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to the tenant's personal belongings. The tenant is obliged to lock the house when leaving.
13 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is exclusively applicable, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with the rental agreement is Chur.
Where this contract does not contain special provisions, Articles 253 to 274 of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the location of the rental property.
