Our new penthouse with sea and dune views (50 meters from the beach and dunes) has been available for rent since December 2021. The penthouse can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a luxurious, modern kitchen, a cozy sitting area with TV, and views of the dunes through 6 large skylights. From here, you can enjoy the sunrise. The apartment also has 2 bedrooms (1 large and a small one (like a drawer bed)) and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
The penthouse has its own entrance and is accessible via 2 flights of stairs. It also comes with its own parking space right at the door.

Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen, and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the most well-known of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago, a fishing village emerged here, but since the beginning of the last century, the village has also been of interest to tourists. Both the fishing and the touristic past are still clearly visible in the town's appearance. On the beach promenade, the Jan van Speyk lighthouse stands prominently, which is also clearly visible from the village.
