The house is well located, walking distance from the village 20mn (1,8km), nice for departure of walks and bike trips.
Beautiful view from the house or the terrace where you are going to take most of your meals. The main house offer 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 separated WC, a large and complete kitchen with all the comfort.
The house is equipped with the WIFI, french TV. You have an open fire place for the fresh evening in autumn or winter.
The pool (4m x 12m) could be heated during the half season (May-June-September) and covered for your security or to keep the warm during the night.

In case of cancellation by the tenant
a/ for reasons related to the pandemic crisis situation (travel between regions is prohibited): refund of the amounts paid corresponding to the rent within one month of the date of stay (condition*: +80€).
b/ for other reasons:
- If more than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the deposit paid,
- If less than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the entire deposit.
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional : 15€/person (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and the tea towels), Pool towel (+5€)
