Villa Martin is a holiday house built in 1961 and renovated in 2017 where up to 8 people can spend a relaxing time in the 175 m² of area, which has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are 4 AC units and 2 fans in the house, as well as 2 balconies. A modern kitchen invites you to prepare great dishes yourself with all the necessary utensils. Of course, you can also watch satellite TV in the living room, and there is even a selection of films on DVD in various languages waiting for you.
Outside, you have a typical stone charcoal grill, and next to it, there is a pavilion for relaxing. Next to the entrance doors, you have an outdoor covered terrace for dining. There are two private parking spaces available on the property, and 1 on the street.

You'll love the nearby restaurant, which serves delicious Istrian food. There's also a small shop about a kilometer away where you can get all your basics. If you're looking for some excitement, there's a fun park just a kilometer away with things like zip lines and swings. And it's pet-friendly too! And if you enjoy sports, there's a place to play football and basketball just a short walk away.
Our house is located in the village of Kringa, a small place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. There are not a lot of neighbors around Villa Martin. Those that are are local residents and other holiday houses. Villa Martin is not on the main road so there are not a lot of cars passing by the house. There is a great Istrian restaurant is 150 meters from the house, and a small grocery store is just 1 kilometer away.
Just type “Villa Martin Kringa” on Google Maps and you will get precise directions. If you have a problem finding a house, we can always meet in the center of the village, or at some other point of your choice.
