Holiday destination
Our house is located in the village of Kringa, a small place in Central Istria. Kringa is a popular destination for tourists and has a lot of vacation houses for rent. There are not a lot of neighbors around Villa Martin. Those that are are local residents and other holiday houses. Villa Martin is not on the main road so there are not a lot of cars passing by the house. There is a great Istrian restaurant is 150 meters from the house, and a small grocery store is just 1 kilometer away.
Getting there
Just type “Villa Martin Kringa” on Google Maps and you will get precise directions. If you have a problem finding a house, we can always meet in the center of the village, or at some other point of your choice.

I manage holiday houses, and I am the person who will take care of you while staying at our place.
