The Villa Don Carlo is surrounded by nature, surrounded by trees and bushes. The house is situated on the outskirts of the small village called "Radoši kod Višnjana" and it is only a 10-minute drive to the beautiful town of Poreč. The house is completely fenced in and offers plenty of space for the whole family with its large garden. If you love holidays in the countryside and still don't want to miss out on the local proximity to urban flair, you've come to the right place.

Bei einem Rücktritt vom Mietvertrag ist der Mieter verpflichtet, einen Teil des vereinbarten Preises als Entschädigung zu zahlen. Eine Stornierung hat schriftlich zu erfolgen. Die Höhe der Entschädigung richtet sich nach der Zeit bis zum Anreisetag und ergibt sich wie folgt:
• bis 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: kostenlos (Anzahlung wird erstattet)
• kürzer als 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 50% des Mietpreises
• kürzer als 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 70% des Mietpreises
• kürzer als 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn: 100% des Mietpreises
Es zählt jeweils das Empfangsdatum Ihrer Rücktrittsnachricht. Bereits eingezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet. Eine Ersatzperson, die zu genannten Bedingungen in Ihren Vertrag eintritt, kann von Ihnen gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung genügt.
Der Abschluss einer Reise-Rücktrittskostenversicherung wird empfohlen.
