Der Einstieg in den Pelletofen ist für Personen, die mit der Bedienung eines Pelletofens nicht vertraut sind, schwierig. Außerdem macht der Pelletofen viel Lärm und wir konnten ihn nicht programmieren, so dass wir immer in einem kalten Haus gelandet sind.
